Balsam Avenue Residence
Now underway: a custom home built in the château tradition, brought into the present with clean detailing and quiet restraint. A steep mansard roof in standing-seam metal and slate meets carved stone surrounds, arched dormers, and a columned portico, a facade designed to feel established the day it is finished.
From the structure up, every element is being considered as one: proportion, material, and craftsmanship resolved before ground was broken. The result will be a home that reads as timeless rather than new.
A preview of work in progress. Construction, design, and millwork under one roof, finished to a single standard.
