Premium Kitchen is where precision meets artistry. We design and fabricate custom cabinetry, built-ins, and bespoke millwork in-house, then oversee installation from delivery through final fit.
From CNC-machined components to hand-finished surfaces, every piece is built to integrate with the architecture and design of the space it's going into. Nothing standard. Nothing borrowed from a catalog.
How We Work
A Process Built Around You.
Every full-service project runs through the same three phases, refined over years of running design, build, and millwork together. Each phase is led by the team best suited for it, with a single point of accountability throughout.
Phase 01
Pre-Construction
The groundwork phase. Before anyone picks up a tool, the site is assessed, the design is set, and the numbers are locked in.
- Site evaluation and structural assessment
- Architectural design and floor plan layout with Aura Design Group
- 3D modelling and physical material samples
- Budget finalization and timeline locking
Phase 02
Construction
The build itself. From breaking ground to the last coat of paint, the site is run by a project manager who reports to you directly.
- Site preparation and controlled demolition
- Foundations and framing to engineering specs
- Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC rough-ins
- Drywall, painting, flooring, and finishes
Phase 03
Finalization & Handover
The final 10%. Millwork goes in, inspections clear, and the home is handed over with everything documented.

- Municipal inspections and certificates of occupancy
- Detailed walkthrough and deficiency check
