Palace Pier Residence — Etobicoke

A full-floor residence reimagined as a calm, material-led retreat. Warm rift oak runs wall to ceiling, meeting stone in soft neutral tones, so the kitchen, dining, and living areas read as one continuous space rather than a series of rooms.

The palette stays deliberately quiet. Oak, travertine, and cream upholstery let the light and the view do the work, while sculptural seating and layered lighting give each area its own weight. Custom millwork carries through from the kitchen island to the built-in living wall, every join planned before installation.
